Supporting activities related to commercial clients onboarding, including reviewing, negotiating and drafting legal documentation. Assisting with the resolution of commercial insurance claims matters, comment on insurance contracts / agreements, processes, policies and any other legal work. Managing execution and the retention of legal documentation, including the maintenance of legal document repositories. Assisting with administrative support. Experience reviewing and negotiating legal documentation involving commercial insurance policies / contracts. Knowledge working with legal documentation of commercial insurance claims process and status is a plus. Knowledge of local / state and federal contract laws, ideally also of civil law systems. Understanding of the commercial insurance services market.
