Accountable of the Marketing & Communications unit of the Foundation’s Development Department. Position main responsibilities and tasks are: Integrated Strategies; Public Relations; Event Coordination; Advertising; Press Releases; Social Media; Advertorials; Donors Relationship; Activities Invitations; Donors Awareness; Development of Deposits Reports; & Donors Newsletter. Also include administrative, organizational & operational matters to ensure that all services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. "CSS" will report to the Executive Director & carrying out designated initiatives & special projects providing support other units of Development Department such as Fundraising Initiatives; Research & Data Mining; Alumni Association; Grant’s writing & Proposals; & Public Affairs Executive Committee. Experienced providing support to donors & foundations friends.
|Requisitos - Requirements
Bachelor's degree in non-profit management, education, communications, marketing, public relations or related field (graduate or professional degree preferred). 3 to 5 years of experience in management with progressive levels of responsibilities in a similar position. Knowledgeable with personal computers and online data base systems required. Exceptional skills in cultivating & sustaining authentic relationships. Fundraising, events managements, marketing, communications & grant management. Ethics, honesty, integrity, & passion for the foundation vision & mission. Ability to communicate fluently in English & Spanish (oral and written practice). Be a team player, promoter, social, communicative with a philanthropic mind set.
