We are searching for a Global HR Recruiter with the skills, attitude and experience driving new business through key accounts in the life science, health, food and beverage and banking industries. Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process from creating job advertisements; qualifying candidates, to position requirements for current and future opportunities; candidate assessment and present qualified candidates with overall assessments and hiring recommendations. Design, build and implement innovative recruitment programs. Identify strategic sources for talent and measure results of each source.

Requisitos - Requirements Able to develop strategies to target and recruit candidates using a variety of tools and techniques, including, but not limited to: third party job boards, industry events, career fairs, university events, etc. Dynamic, agile, flexible, hard worker. Capable of identifying and confirming the right candidates to fit client’s needs and job descriptions. Capable of negotiating competitive compensation packages with the right candidates and according to client’s billing rates. Candidate must be able to use available hiring tools and systems to improve and bring ideas for continuous improvement. Must be able to work the hours that success demands (including evenings, holidays & weekends). Must be a team player capable of managing resources and colleagues from international operations. Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) with outstanding communication skills
