Virtual Tours are online presentations that allow the potential buyer to view the property before doing an onsite visit. Why Virtual Tours?
Online virtual tours save buyers and sellers time and money. The buyer can take a preliminary tour of the home at anytime, day or night. The seller doesn't have to be inconvenienced unnecessarily by unqualified strangers roaming through their home. The convenience and time savings to both the home buyer and seller realized from using virtual tours is significant.
Second, when someone is looking for a house on the Internet, you have an opportunity to use your sales skills to show them through a listing utilizing virtual tours. This opportunity is very similar to the one they give you when they pick up the phone and ask you to visit the listing in person. I am not a computer expert, can I have my own tours?
YES! First you place your free classified ad with the description of the home.
Second, fill out the order request with your credit card number and just send us the photos, and a description of the home to tour@clasificadosOnline.com.

How do I take the pictures for the 360 Degree shots or the panoramic shots?
Stand in the middle of the room, take one picture, rotate yourself to the right, take another picture taking approximately 20% of the side you just took, (see diagram), continue until you reach where you started.

How many pictures can I put in my tour?
Your tour has room for 50 scenes. Each scene can be a 360 Degree tour or a panoramic view or a still photo. For a 360 view you need to take from 5 to eight photos (see diagram).

Where do I send the photos?
If by email, send them to tour@ClasificadosOnline.com

Can I make changes?
Photos can be changed during the first two days after posting the tour.
Text can be changed at any time by writing to tour@ClasificadosOnline.com

How long will the tour be running?
6 Months. Your free classified will be extended to last the time of the tour.

How much does it cost?
To produce the tour and post it in ClasificadosOnline.com, $100.00 per tour.
If you are a Partner of ClasificadosOnline.com, only $75.00 per tour.

Can I create my own tours?
Sure. You need to sign up with a company that provides the software and training. We recommend, VisualTours. Tell them we sent you and you will get more tokens (tours).
