Located in Cordele, Georgia, The Plant Engineer is the technical subject matter expert for our Agro-Chemical Manufacturing Company. As part of the leadership team, the Plant Engineer manages the Engineering and Maintenance Department. Designs equipment layout for efficient production of toll and manufacturing plant business. Directs subordinate personnel in the maintenance, continuous improvement and engineering group. Manage the plant capital budget from projects inception to final delivery including budgetary planning, cost tracking, fixed asset management and vendor negotiations.
Requisitos RequirementsBachelors Degree in Engineering from an accredited engineering school.
5 years of experience in project management within industrial manufacturing environment
5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability
3 years of experience in mechanical equipment installations
3 years of experience in a supervisory role
Proficient in the use of CMMS
Knowledge in electrical and mechanical infrastructure and utilities
Good communications skills in English
Ability to communicate with different level within the organization
Experience mentoring engineers, mechanics and production personnel
