DescripciónDescriptionAlong with the Engineering Director, you will oversee team members and communicate with team leaders.
• Supervise and direct technical and maintenance staff during projects and monitor performance of assigned responsibilities.
• Develops, reviews or writes procedures for the ongoing daily electrical projects.
• Visits customers to evaluate jobs for proposal creation.
• Creates proposals for electrical and/or construction projects in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
• Must be available for occasional out of state travel.
• Analyze bids and purchasing of electrical distribution equipment for proposal creation.
• Effectively and methodically manages projects once contracted.
• Must have strong and effective communication skills in order to complete jobs to meet customer expectations.
Requisitos RequirementsFULL TIME POSITION (INTERMEDIATE TO PROFICIENT LEVEL) WITH BENEFITS.
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Required)
• Puerto Rico (PE) Professional Engineering or Engineer In training License (Required)
• Five (5) to Ten (10) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Preferred)
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) (Required)
• Excellent written & verbal interpersonal communications skills
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Knowledge of Power Distribution Systems
• Knowledge of NEC (National Electric Codes), NFP70E, Safety Procedures and AUTOCAD
• Working experience with related industry codes and standards.
• Able to deal with customer & company employees in a courteous, professional and effective manner.
• Strong work ethic.
• Obtain and maintain a passport.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a reliable motor vehicle.
• Must be available for domestic and international travel.
• 30 hours OSHA Construction Certi
