DescripciónDescriptionThe Member Service Representative performs all traditional teller functions in a manner which aligns with the Credit Union's mission of enhancing our member’s financial lives and becoming their preferred financial partner.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Independently perform all teller functions accurately and efficiently. (Deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, electronic access etc.)
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, friendliness, and a professional demeanor.
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
Other duties as assigned
Requisitos RequirementsRequires professional, well-developed interpersonal skills necessary for communicating with members and co-workers.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
