Our client a growing company is looking for a in house Quickbooks Accountant that performs the following duties:
Prepares Bank Account Reconciliations
Balance Sheet analysis and monthly subsidiary ledger reconciliations
Journal entry postings to General Ledger
Monthly closing journal entries
Maintenance of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Ledger.
Create and maintain QuickBooks company data.
Understand the account and company setup steps and maintain a general knowledge of the major areas of the QuickBooks application.
Create and maintain QuickBooks Online users, and set and maintain the appropriate access levels.
Export periodic backups of the QuickBooks company data.
Create and maintain vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and any other information required.

The minimum requirements for the Quickbooks Accountant are as follows:
1 minimum year of experience in Accounting cycle
Excellent communication skills
Experience using Quickbooks software is must.
