Transportation and logistics company is seeking a Customer Service personnel responsible to performs routine office duties such as routing shipments in PR, tracing, customer service, works with documentation, notification of shipments. Greets the public in-person and over the telephone. Explains standards department procedures, regulations, rates and services.

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or Associate Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
• Experience in the logistic industry working in a call center environment, preferable
• Fully Bilingual with excellent communications skills verbal and written
