Daily management of platforms where job opportunities/project openings are posted. Handle independently job opportunities assigned to him/her. Creation / registration of employment opportunities / vacancies and management of these through the System: Pipeline management, search for candidates, sending communications from the system, maintenance / updating of candidate profiles, follow-up to candidates and / or clients.Contact candidates through various official tools of the company to present job opportunities, know availability and interest, request updated resume, edit and format resume to make it attractive to the client's needs. Submit resumes of potential job candidates to Clients. Coordinating and following up on employment interviews. Utilize company salary negotiation tables for contractors and employees to be hired.
|Requisitos - Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
Knowledge in Human Resources, Recruitment and/or Office Systems Administration.
Two (2) years of experience in private industry (minimum required).
Two (2) years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and/or medical device
