• Data Entry:
o Clearing new business submissions in Salesforce.
o Enter policy data into various Starr platforms – Salesforce, Camilion, Lynx,
SPARC, Premium Recon, etc.
• Set up new business files.
• Clerical/admin support for the Safety & Loss Control department.
• Communicate with Head Office departments as needed.
• Set up new policy documents and maintain integrity of files.
• Premium processing for policies and endorsements.
• Processing policies and endorsements within written guidelines.
• Process premium audits.
• Bill premium for premium bearing transactions.
• All other tasks that may be assigned by underwriters.
Requisitos - Requirements
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a Property Insurance company.
• Full professional fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications: Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Accuracy and speed in data entry and typing tasks.
• Problem solving, analytical and detailed.
• Good at complying with deadlines.
• Comfortable working within a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
