Oportunidad de empleo regular en crucero.
As part of our Food & Beverage team your job as an Assistant Restaurant Manager is to run
outlets, continuously making the effort to coach and develop the Restaurant Team providing the highest level of service in accordance with Company’s standards.
-You will be reporting to the Restaurant Manager
- You will be expected to work on a 12/4 rotation (12 weeks on board and 4 weeks off on
vacation)
Role Expectations:
-Plan, schedule, and assign staff to relevant stations, assisting the Restaurant Manager with daily menu presentations and F&B events and regularly inspect mise-en-place
-Ensure efficient communication with Executive Chef, Galley Team, and Bar Team and conduct
monthly inventory and durable orders
-Uphold impeccable grooming standards at all times.
-Able to work at different times of the day

Requisitos - Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar at a 5-Star hospitality and/or
restaurant environment; shipboard experience is an advantage
- Guest-focused, service-oriented, positive personality, professional appearance and impeccable hygiene standards
-Experience leading multi-cultural teams preferred
- Excellent knowledge of all public health policies, especially US Health and FDA Standards
Mandatory requirements & at will employment:
