Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven individual to join our client's team as an Assistant Occupancy & Collection Specialist supporting our housing initiatives. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations by assisting the project lead in managing administrative tasks and resident interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for housing occupancy and compliance processes.
Assist in preparing documentation for applicant interviews, rent adjustments, and resident certifications.
Help onboard new residents and respond to inquiries from applicants.
Perform general office duties such as filing, scheduling, and drafting correspondence.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient project execution.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
