Requisitos - Requirements
• Proven experience (3+ years) in IT service delivery management, with a strong background in managing MSP operations and delivering complex IT solutions.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve business goals and exceed client expectations.
• Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management within a managed services environment.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL framework, service desk operations, and IT service management (ITSM) principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong background in compliance and cybersecurity best practices, including HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and other industry standards.
