The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and supporting top talent to meet client’s staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business goals and metrics.
Create, update and remove job posting from different service requisitions on the different platforms available for these purposes.
Evaluate all resumes received and identify candidates that match customer requirements.
Conduct phone interviews to identify candidates who align with client requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews of selected candidates with the Human Resources Representative.

Requisitos - Requirements
Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field.
Proven track record in recruitment and payroll, typically 1-3 years.
Experience with regulated industries as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology.
