We are seeking a Leave of Absence Representative (part-time) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to all incoming calls to the Service Center. Responsible for initiate cases and acts as an information resource to callers.

Requisitos Requirements
Education/Experience:
• Associate Degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Fully Bilingual.
• One (1) year experience providing telephonic Customer Service in a high-volume call center. Working withing the Health Care or Occupational Health Insurance industries preferred.
•Knowledge of Disability Management, FMLA and Workers Compensation is a plus.
• Attention to detail is required.
• Telephonic customer service experience, preferably in call center setting.
• Identify and expedite priority issues and organize and complete required tasks within established timeframes and call processing standards.
•Woking Days/ Hours: Monday thru Friday form 10:00am-2:00pm.
Skills:
• Strong sensitivity and adherence to confidentiality standards.
• Communications should be concise, respectful, professional and polite at all times. Bilingual (oral/written) in English and Spanish.
