Responsibilities Answering questions about Winona’s products and services. Processing orders and transactions. Delivering information about Winona’s offerings. Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining professional customer support. Handling customer complaints and identifying the appropriate response and strategy to solve customers' issues as quickly as possible. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Take the extra mile to engage with customers.
