We are seeking RPT to join our dynamic Home Care team to provide services to the following towns: Mayaguez, Maricao, Añasco, and Rincón; subject to the Agency’s operational and/or patients' needs. Job Summary A Registered Physical Therapist (PTR) administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing. Excellent salary and benefits.
